Dr. David Namazy received his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, School of Medicine. He then completed his internship at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, School of Medicine, and completed his residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, School of Medicine, and completed his fellowship at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas (Nephrology).
