Enoch Chang, MD

Dr. Enoch Chang received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. He then completed his internship at Maricopa Medical Center, and completed his residency at UC Irvine Health, University of California, Irvine, and completed his fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation (Sports Medicine (Family Practice)).

Dr. Chang specializes in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He strives to provide high-quality and personalized care to his patients. He also stays abreast with the latest procedures and technology in his field.

Dr. Chang is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is currently welcoming new patients at Synergy Orthopedic Specialists, Inc..
